Insurance Agency Team Software
Give your brokerage office one shared book of business. Producers, account managers, and principals work from the same client records, quote comparisons, and carrier submissions — with seat-level permissions and a team activity view.
Free to start. You can begin solo and turn on an agency later without losing your book.
What your office shares
One shared book of business
Clients, invites, and client documents belong to the agency, not to a single login. A producer out sick doesn't take the file with them — a teammate opens the same client and keeps the renewal moving.
Quote comparisons the whole office can see
Comparisons built by any producer are visible agency-wide, so an account manager can finish the grid, add notes, and share it with the client without rebuilding it.
Carrier submissions in one queue
Submissions, market lists, and quote responses stay attached to the client record instead of one person's inbox, so anyone covering the account can see which markets were approached and what came back.
Team activity
A running feed shows what each teammate did — clients added, comparisons built, documents uploaded, submissions opened — with a per-producer count so a principal can see the week at a glance.
My book vs. whole agency
A single toggle switches every list between your own clients and the full agency book. Teammate-owned clients carry a producer badge so ownership is never ambiguous.
Clean handoffs when someone leaves
Removing a seat requires reassigning that person's clients first, so no account is orphaned when a producer moves on.
Seats and permissions
Every teammate gets a seat when they're invited. Seats can be changed at any time by a principal.
| Seat | Can see | Can change |
|---|---|---|
| Principal / Owner | Every client, comparison, submission, and document in the agency | Everything, plus seats, invites, and agency settings |
| Producer | The whole agency book, with their own clients badged as theirs | Their clients and any agency record they work on |
| Account manager / CSR | The whole agency book | Client records, documents, comparisons, and submissions — no seat changes |
| Read-only | The whole agency book | Nothing — for auditors, assistants, and new hires in training |
Onboarding a producer takes about five minutes
- 1A principal creates the agency from broker settings — existing clients stay exactly where they are.
- 2Invite the teammate by email and pick their seat: producer, account manager, or read-only.
- 3They accept from their own login and immediately see the agency book, with their own clients badged.
- 4Assign or reassign clients so every account has a named producer.
- 5Use the team activity view to keep the week visible without a status meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Can I start on my own before my agency commits?
Yes. Signing up as an individual broker is the default path and stays completely solo — you only see your own clients. When you're ready, you can create an agency from your settings and your existing book comes with you, or you can accept an invite from a teammate.
What roles are available for agency staff?
Four seats: Principal/Owner, Producer, Account Manager/CSR, and Read-only. Principals manage seats and invites, producers and account managers can edit the agency book, and read-only seats can view but not change anything.
Does everyone in the agency see every client?
Yes — that's the point of a shared book. Every seat can view the agency book, and each client shows which producer owns it. Write access is controlled by seat, so a read-only seat can look but not edit.
What happens when a producer leaves the agency?
Their clients must be reassigned to another teammate before their seat can be removed, so nothing is orphaned. A broker who leaves the agency reverts to a solo account.
Can clients see the agency structure?
No. Clients see the documents, comparisons, and messages shared with them. Seats, roles, and internal team activity stay inside the agency.
