By accessing or using MyPolicyReview.ai ("the Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
MyPolicyReview.ai provides AI-powered insurance policy analysis, document storage, renewal tracking, and communication tools for individuals, companies, and insurance brokers. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded insurance documents and provide summaries, gap analysis, and other insights.
MyPolicyReview.ai is a technology platform — NOT a licensed insurance agent, insurance broker, insurance adjuster, insurance company, financial advisor, or legal advisor. We are not licensed, registered, or regulated by the Nebraska Department of Insurance or any other state insurance regulatory authority. We do not sell, solicit, negotiate, bind, or place insurance policies. We do not provide insurance quotes, recommend specific insurance products, or act as an intermediary between you and any insurance carrier.
Any insurance professionals (brokers, etc.) who create accounts on the platform are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Catfish Properties LLC or MyPolicyReview.ai. We do not endorse, vet, or guarantee the qualifications, licensing, or conduct of any professional on the platform.
The analysis, summaries, gap assessments, coverage interpretations, and all other outputs provided by MyPolicyReview.ai are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional insurance advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You should always consult with a licensed insurance professional, attorney, or financial advisor before making decisions about your insurance coverage.
By creating an account or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that MyPolicyReview.ai, Catfish Properties LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates bear absolutely zero responsibility and zero liability for any AI-generated interpretations, analyses, summaries, recommendations, gap assessments, or any other output produced by the Service.

This disclaimer applies to all account types, including individual users, company accounts, and brokers.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers several account types:
Free Tier: Policies uploaded under the free tier are retained for 30 days from the date of upload. You will receive an email reminder 14 days before scheduled deletion. After 30 days, your policy documents and associated analysis will be permanently deleted unless you upgrade to a premium plan.
Premium Tier: Policies uploaded under a premium subscription are stored permanently for as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
You retain all ownership rights to the insurance documents and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant MyPolicyReview.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your documents for any purpose other than delivering the Service, except as described in Section 9.
Your policy data and analysis will never be shared with brokers, agents, or any third-party professionals without your explicit opt-in consent. When you choose to share data (e.g., inviting a broker to review your policy), you control exactly what is shared — including whether to share the document, summary, gap analysis, or chat history.
Broker accounts can assemble the information a client has shared with them into a submission packet and transmit it to insurance carriers, wholesalers, or managing general agents in order to request quotes. If you authorize a broker to market your coverage, you authorize that broker to send your information to insurance carriers and other markets they select, and to record the responses they receive in the Service.
Catfish Properties LLC transmits this information only at the direction of the broker or account holder. We are not a party to the submission, we do not select markets, and we do not review, negotiate, or place the resulting coverage. Insurance carriers and other markets that receive a submission handle the information under their own privacy and data-handling practices, and we bear no responsibility or liability for what they do with it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catfish Properties LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content or any other information provided through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEBRASKA LAW AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW, Catfish Properties LLC, its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, coverage, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catfish Properties LLC, its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party; or (e) any decisions you make based on AI-generated content provided by the Service.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you and Catfish Properties LLC agree to resolve any remaining dispute through binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Catfish Properties LLC.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Catfish Properties LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catfish Properties LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
