Nothing in your account is visible to a broker, property manager, or lender unless you share it. Sharing is per document, per property, and reversible.

Sharing is opt-in
Uploading a document does not share it. A broker sees a document only after you share it or accept one they sent you.

Scopes are granular
On a property you choose separately whether a broker sees policies, certificates, inspections, incidents, and leases.

Access can be revoked
Revoking a broker's access stops future visibility from your account immediately.

Know your retention
Free accounts keep documents for 30 days; paid plans keep them for as long as your subscription is active.
